You agree not to use Well UGC or related services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful or abusive activity. Future product access may include additional acceptable-use rules.

The website and waitlist are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that the website will meet every expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well UGC Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from website use or waitlist participation.
